Deadline on set top boxes draws a flak from common man

The Union government's decision to make set top boxes mandatory for cable television viewers from November 1 has not gone down well with the common man. While the cable operators have cited expensive cable charges in the aftermath of box installation, customers have also said that viewing TV will now cause a hole in their pockets.
