Death toll rises to 9 in Bandra-Dehradun Express tragedy

The death toll rises to nine in the Bandra-Dehradun Express tragedy where three bogies of the train caught fire in the wee hours today. Union railway minister Mallikarjun Kharge announced compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the families of all deceased.
