Delhi gangrape: Delhi CM condoles death of victim

As the whole nation mourns over the death of the 23-year-old gangrape victim, Delhi chief minister Shiela Dikshit also said that this is a shameful moment for her not only as a chief minister but also as a citizen of the country. Meanwhile, Indian high commissioner to Singapore, TCA Raghavan said that the victim's family has expressed a desire for her body to be flown back to India.
