Dhoni, Raina were exceptional: Boycott

The fourth ODI between India and England ended in a tie after rain stopped play for the third time. Ex-England opener Geoffrey Boycott says there were moments where India could have won. He was impressed with partnership between MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina.
