Dialogue only solution to terrorism: Digvijaya

Even as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh remains determined to continue dialogues with Pakistan despite opposition from BJP, veteran Congress General secretary Digvijay Singh said that in democratic country only talks are the solution to any kind of terrorist activity.
