Digvijaya challenges Modi's development model

Attacking Gujarat strongman and BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi whose model of development is much talked about, Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh said that the development model has been hyped by Modi's aides. He further volunteered for a debate with Modi over development issues.
