Digvijaya hits out at Narendra Modi

Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Sunday criticized Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi over his criticism of the UPA government. "Good to hear Modi talking about inclusive politics. But can a leopard change its spots?, Singh tweeted.
