Continuing his scathing attack on BJP, Congress General Secretary, Digvijay Singh on Monday condemned the elevation of Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi to head the polls panel of the party during 2014 general elections, saying Modi will let BJP President, Rajnath Singh down the way he did veteran leader LK Advani.
