Explain police brutality: SC to Punjab, Bihar

The Supreme Court on Wednesday sought explanation from Punjab and Biharon the conduct of police personnel and took suo moto cognizance in it. Police had beaten up protesting contractual teachers in Bihar and a girl in Tarn Taran in Punjab.
