Family of UPSC Exam topper shares happiness

The results of the entrance examination to the 2010 Indian Civil Services in different cadres such as IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IFS (Indian Foreign Service), IPS (Indian Police Service) among others and conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, were declared on Thursday. Mubeena, mother of Shah Faisal, in Srinagar was elated since her son was declared as the topper in this examination.
