Farmers take up cultivation of lucrative pulses in UP

The high fetching prices for pulses have prompted farmers of Uttar Pradesh to take up cultivation of lentils and reap it rich. So in order to meet their ends the have farmers diversified from their traditional crops and taken up cultivation of pulses not only for self-consumption but also capitalize on the yield since the markets offered good prices.
