FDI debate part 1: Sushma initiates motion for discussion

Initiating motion for discussion on FDI in the Lok Sabha, BJP Leader Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday said that the opposition could have built a consensus on the controversial reform, however, they were stubbornly opposing it because the Government failed to consult them on the same.
