Few voters turn up in the fourth phase of UP polls

The fourth round of the seven-phase polls to the Uttar Pradesh legislature saw a low turn out of voters today. Many of the voters lamented about their names missing from electoral rolls.More than 15 million voters were expected to cast their vote across 10 districts for 57 seats mostly from the constitutencies in the northwestern part of the state on Monday.
