First Indo-Pak Joint anti-terror meet today

The first meeting of the Joint Indo-Pak Anti Terror Mechanism begins in Islamabad on Tuesday. The mechanism was set up after the Havana meeting between PM Manmohan Singh and President Pervez Musharraf. The meet is the first of its kind between the two countries to deal with terrorism. The Indian side is being led by Additional Secretary K C Singh. While Islamabad expects concrete leads in Samjhauta investigations, it seems that India has little to offer and does not want the train attack to overshadow the meet.
