Flag sales pick up ahead of Independence Day

Flag makers in Tirupur, the hub of hosiery in Tamil Nadu state, are doing a brisk business ahead of the country's Independence Day celebrations. India will celebrate its 62nd anniversary of freedom from the British colonial rule on August 15.
