FM chairs pre-Budget meeting with state finance ministers.

India's Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday chaired a pre-Budget meeting with state finance ministers to discuss their requirements, and the implementation of the proposed Goods and Services Tax in New Delhi. The aim of the talks was to strengthen strong relations with the states' finance ministers in order to fetch their full support in enforcement of the policies.
