Food scam: CBI raids 12 places in Lucknow

The Central Bureau of Investigation today raided as many as twelve places in Lucknow in connection with the multi-crore food grain scam which had taken place during the Mulayam Singh regime in 2004. The present prisons minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh, alias Raja Bhaiyya, was food and civil supplies minister at that time.
