Former home secretary RK Singh joins BJP

Former Union home secretary RK Singh formally joined the BJP on Friday. Singh is likely to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2014. Singh joined BJP in presence of party president Rajnath Singh in New Delhi.
