Fulfilling Vajpayee's dream to bring connectivity to Kashmir: Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he is fulfilling former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's dream to bring connectivity to Kashmir while inaugurating the 45 MW Nimoo-Bazgo hydroelectric power project in Leh. He also suggested Prakash, Paryavaran and Paryatan, the three-P formula for development in Leh-Ladakh.
