Gadkari blames Cong and NCP for farmer's plight

Bharatiya Janata Party president Nitin Gadkari slammed the Congress and Nationalist Congress Party for the plight of farmers and held both the parties responsible. Gadkari said this while addressing a gathering of farmers at Desaiganj in Gadchiroli of Maharashtra.
