Gadkari concedes Yeddy's action as immoral but not illegal

BJP President Nitin Gadkari said today that Karnataka Chief Minister B. S. Yedurappa's action of de-notifying land for his family members may be immoral but not illegal and accused Governor H. R. Bhardwaj of acting at Congress' behest. Meanwhile, Karnataka Law Minister Suresh Kumar said in Bangalore today that BJP would come out with an action plan after studying the Governor's documents on land scandal, who had approved the prosecution of B.S. Yeddyurappa in the scam case filed by two lawyers.
