Giant stride for country: PM on INS Arihant

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, on Saturday, congratulated officials and scientists of the Department of Atomic Energy, Indian Navy and the Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) on the INS Arihant, India's first nuclear submarine, achieving criticality.
