Govt determined to bring strong law against rape: Congress

Coming under attack from all corners over the spate in crimes against women and recent barbaric Delhi gangrape that jolted the nation, the Congress party said that the central government is determined to formulate strong punishment for rapists and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi was spearheading the process of bringing in stringent punishment for rapists.
