Govt making efforts to normalise life: Bahuguna

Uttarakhand CM Vijay Bahuguna on Thursday highlighted the government's immense efforts to rebuild the flood hit state. Bahuguna also hailed the efforts of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi towards floods relief.
