Govt's failure responsible for power failure: Shahnawaz

The Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain slammed the United Progressive Alliance government for the ongoing repeated power break down in the country. After the failure of the Northern Grid just a day back, the Eastern and North Eastern Grid also broke down sending half the nation reeling under a complete blackout.
