Govt unwilling to relax verification process of passports: Tharoor

India's Junior Foreign Affairs Minister Shashi Tharoor said that the police verification process for issuing passports would not be relaxed especially after the incident when two Pakistan nationals were issued Indian passports. Indian Foreign Ministry had earlier proposed the Home Ministry to simplify the time-consuming police verification norms.
