Govt will improve infrastructure in Kerala: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that the central government is dedicated to further develop the infrastructure of Kerala. Singh declared open the 'Emerging Kerala' meet in Kochi, which showcases the business opportunities in the state.
