Gujarat polls: first phase of voting begins

The first phase of Gujarat 2012 Assembly elections today began at 8am and will end at 5pm. There are 182 seats in Gujarat Assembly. In the first phase of elections, polling will be held for 87 seats in 15 districts in Sourastra, and South Gujarat.
