Heavy rainfall over Odisha, Andhra likely: MeT

MeT department scientist Dr M Mohapatra on Friday said that cyclone Phailin has intensified last night and will further spread towards Odisha and then Andhra Pradesh. He also said that there will be heavy rainfall in these areas and that the associated wind speed has reached around 200 km/hr.
