Home Min answerable on AFSPA: Army Chief

Army Chief General, Vijay Kumar Singh said on Tuesday that the officials of Home Ministry are answerable on the question of revoking the controversial anti-militancy law, Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) in Jammu and Kashmir.
