David Howman, Director General of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) said that the International Cricket Council should convince its member bodies including India to comply with the WADA's clause of a player's whereabouts. He said this after his discussions with the concerned authorities in India at New Delhi on Tuesday. As per the WADA clause, the players are to inform their whereabouts on a daily basis for three months in advance.
