The Delhi blast probe is still floundering, but the 13/7 Mumbai blasts case may soon be cracked. NewsX has learnt that investigators have zeroed in on the role of the Indian Mujahideen and its leader Riyaz Bhatkal. It's based on leads given by suspected terror financiers already in custody.
