India needs better teaching faculty: Sibal

Higher education in India would soon be revamped to deliver quality of trained manpower, said Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal on Saturday in New Delhi. Stressing the need for more qualified teachers, he said, the premier Indian Institutes of Technology would become the benchmark.
