India needs strong justice delivery system: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while inaugurating the joint conference of chief ministers and Chief Justice of High Court in New Delhi on Sunday stressed on the fact that the country needs a strong justice delivery system. Singh added that the country needs more judges to administer timely justice.
