Indo-Pak foreign secretary level talks begin

The meeting between the foreign secretaries of India and Pakistan has begun. India's foreign secretary Ranjan Mathai and his counterpart Jalil Abbas Jilani are expected to prepare an agenda for the ministerial-level talks, which were originally scheduled for July this year, but were delayed due to presidential elections in India.
