Indo-Pak Talks on CBM

India and Pakistan returned to the table for a new series of peace talks on Thursday in New Delhi. Top officials of the two countries will discuss moves to boost trust on conventional and nuclear security issues. The second meeting of a joint counter-terrorism panel will be held on October 22. They will negotiate steps to deal with inadvertent border crossings and review measures to reduce the risk of nuclear accidents.
