ISRO scientists say India's moon mission on target

Indian Space Research Organization on Friday said that a final decision on the launch of a locally built rocket for the country's first unmanned mission to the moon would be taken soon. Indian space scientists said that the launch could be as early as the October 22. G Madhavan Nair further added that the recently signed nuclear cooperation pact with France could also help in space commerce.
