The Bharatiya Janata Party today expressed strong disappointment with the central government's 'white paper' on black money, with senior leader Murli Manohar Joshi referring to as a black paper instead. Echoing similar views, another senior BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu called the white paper 'disappointing.'Earlier today, Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee tabled a White Paper on black money in the Lok Sabha, providing information on the wealth that is stashed abroad.
