Italian marines not liable for death penalty: Khurshid

External Affairs Minister, Salman Khurshid on Friday in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha said the two Italian marines will not be under arrest if they return within the SC deadline. However, he was not given a chance to make an official statement in the Parliament owing to wide protest from opposition leaders, alleging backroom dealing with Italy.
