India's Law Minister M Veerappa Moily on Sunday said that the country's rickety judiciary would be revamped with a 50 billion rupees fund. The 85th report of the Standing Committee on Legal Delays said last year that more than 24 million cases are pending before courts in the country, some since 1950.
