Justice Ganguly under suspension, executive council to take decision

As the accused in a law intern's sexual harassment case, Former Supreme Court Judge Ashok Ganguly has been named by the Supreme Court as the same, National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) Vice Chancellor P Ishwara Bhat said that the accused is under suspension. He said that the executive council will take any decision on Ganguly after investigation and that it is not in his power to respond in the same. He also said that Ganguly was a learned professor holding high dignity.
