Krishna slams Tharoor's comments on twitter

External Affairs Minister SM Krishna on Monday responded strongly to the comments made by India's junior foreign minister Shashi Tharoor on twitter, a social networking site with respect to India's new visa rules, by saying that such issues should not be discussed publicly.
