Kunda murder case: Raja Bhaiya not named in 2nd chargesheet

The CBI on Friday filed a chargesheet before the special court in the murder case of Kunda DSP Zia-ul Haq. The charge sheet however, did not name former minister Raja Bhaiya, who was an accused in the FIR filed by Haq's wife.
