Locals criticise government's indifference to Chinese incursion

Locals, particularly the nomadic shepherds in Ladakh complain of Indian government's contentment to the information provided about the Chinese activities. The local residents have contended that often they had informed about Chinese activities to the personnel manning the border posts and also the local administration officials but they turned a deaf ear.
