Lokpal: Aruna Roy backs babus inclusion

The govt is now isolated on the issue of inclusion of the lower bureaucracy in the Lokpal draft. Social activist Aruna Roy-led National Campaign for People's Right to Information also wants the CBI being brought under the Lokpal.
