Madhu Koda out of jail after three and half years

As the former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda comes out of jail on Wednesday in Ranchi after he obtained conditional bail from Jharkhand high court in connection with alleged irregularities in the rural electrification scheme, the policewoman outside the jail touched his feet.
