Mamata Banerjee hails court's decision on panchayat polls

Buoyed by the verdict of Calcutta high court on panchayat poll, West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee said that now the people in rural Bengal would be able to vote in a 3-tier Panchayat system.
