Manmohan Singh in chair, but not in power: BJP

Reacting to the Congress which recently has said, Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh enjoyed a special relation, the BJP said, Manmohan Singh was a mere titular head, whereas the real power lay with the UPA Chairperson.
