'Manpower shortage hassles Indian military force'

Indian Army Chief General Bikram Singh admitted to shortage of manpower in the security forces and called for speedy approval of funds and development of infrastructure to enhance the capacity of the military. Bikram Singh stated this on the sidelines of the passing out parade of the Indian Army cadets in the Gaya on Saturday.
