Mid-day meal deaths: School principal under judicial custody

In the infamous Chhapra mid-day meal death case wherein at least 23 children died after consuming food in a government school, the accused school headmistress Meena Devi was finally produced before the chief judicial magistrate of Chhapra, amid high security and later sent to judicial custody.
